SQ Squared was founded to solve two fundamental business problems:

1:1 Coaching
Designed with founders, entrepreneurs and rising leaders in mind, Engage introduces the principles that underpin what SQ Squared is all about.
Leaders develop high level communication skills, key persuasion tools, building trust, loyalty, emotional intelligence, learn how to navigate hard conversations, manage under-performers/superstars, build key client relationships, understand behavioural consistency, motivations and relationship lifecycles, navigate complex relationships and becoming purposeful negotiators.
Engage is a 3 month commitment involving weekly 1:1: coaching sessions, prescribed reading and reference material, personality testing and introductions to members of the SQ Squared leadership community.
"Empower"
Workshops
Built for both rising and senior leadership teams, Empower workshops equip leaders with the communication, relationship and leadership skills to create business transformation, high performance and cultures of excellence.
Participants are provided with the tools to be highly effective communicators, able to authentically connect with their teams, align values with those of the organisation and project their influence across the business.
Leaders acquire the knowledge to drive change, communicate with staff persuasively, deal decisively with unwanted behaviours, build resilience and connection. Leaders come possess the skills and courage to nurture traits which result in cultures of excellence.
"Elevate"
Leadership Program
Our flagship leadership program delivered to junior and senior leaders over a 3 or 6 month time horizon. Elevate is built on two fundamental pillars: Leading Me and Leading Us.
Leaders are guided through a process of delving into their current leadership values, behaviours, preferences, strengths and styles. Focus then moves to the art and science of communication, inspiration, influence, connection and persuasion, spending time up-skilling leaders on both the fundamentals and advanced skillsets.
Leaders are exposed to the principles of outcomes-driven and authentic leadership, where teams are motivated not by tasks but by vision, connection, purpose, and alignment of value
